I worked with the Amazon Logistics team to develop advanced concepts for new (at the time) Rivian delivery vans. Vehicle inspection is an essential safety step, and it adds time to vehicle loadout that exponentially increases as delivery fleets scale.

I used narrative sketches to imagine vehicle inspection that took advantage of connected vehicle and AR technology to streamline the process in a way that increased safety and consistency.

In addition, I created sketches that proposed in-vehicle delivery workflows and autonomous vehicle loadout concepts with unbridled ambition.
